General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the player and 777net governing the use of the 777net platform, including the website, mobile application, and related services.

1.1 Service Description

777net is an online gaming platform for Myanmar players, offering slots, live casino, football betting, poker, baccarat, and a variety of other games in one place. The games, bonuses, and services available on the platform may change at any time in line with 777net's policies.

1.2 Language

The official version of these terms and conditions is the Myanmar-language version. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy with any translated version, the Myanmar-language version shall prevail.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the 777net platform, players must meet the following eligibility requirements—

2.1 Age Requirement

Players must be 21+ to use the 777net platform. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use the platform. 777net may request proof of age at any time, and if verification cannot be provided, the account may be suspended or closed.

2.2 One Account Per Person Policy

  • Each player is permitted to open only one account on 777net.
  • If duplicate accounts are found using the same personal information, those accounts may be closed and any remaining balance will be released only after review.
  • Multiple accounts opened from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be considered as belonging to a single person.

2.3 Registration Requirements

Players must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering — including name, date of birth, and contact details. Accounts registered with false information may be closed.

Please note: 777net can only process withdrawals to a name that matches the player's account. Withdrawal requests under a different name will be rejected.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

You can deposit on the 777net platform via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. After depositing, it may take a short time for the amount to appear in your account.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Verified withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method linked to the player's account.

  • Withdrawal amounts must come from the wagerable balance only.
  • The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Withdrawals may be put on hold during identity verification (KYC).
  • Compliance with anti-money laundering laws will be verified.

3.3 Fees

777net does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees, so please check with them in advance.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

777net offers a 120% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to 200,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks. The 24,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 10x (240,000 Ks) before it can be withdrawn.

Another example — deposit 340,000 Ks and you get a 200,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 540,000 Ks. The 200,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 10x (2,000,000 Ks) before it can be withdrawn.

4.2 About Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to play through before bonus funds can be withdrawn. At 777net, the wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount. The contribution rate toward wagering may vary depending on the game type.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus can only be claimed once per player.
  • Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — the wagering requirement must be met first.
  • Bonuses cannot be shared with anyone directly connected to the player — including family members or players using the same IP address or device.
  • 777net may change or discontinue any bonus without prior notice.
  • A player's account may be reviewed before a bonus is granted.
Bonus fraud: If a player is found to be obtaining bonuses through dishonest means (bonus abuse, arbitrage), the account will be closed and the bonus will be voided.

Game Rules

5.1 Game Outcomes

The outcomes of games available on the 777net platform are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which cannot be manipulated. Live casino game outcomes depend on what happens in real time during the live stream.

5.2 Gameplay and Decisions

  • Once a game round is complete, decisions cannot be changed — placed bets cannot be reversed.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 777net will refund at least the bet amount that was placed.
  • If a technical server error results in an incorrect payout, 777net reserves the right to void that payout.
  • For any dispute related to gameplay, 777net's decision is final.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

Players must avoid the following conduct when using the platform —

  • Exploiting software bugs or glitches for gain.
  • Playing using bots, auto-clickers, VPNs, or similar tools.
  • Deceiving or manipulating other players into making certain decisions.
  • Playing with the intention of abusing bonuses (bonus abuse).
  • Making deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering.

VIP Program & Cashback

The 777net VIP program has 5 tiers based on player activity and performance: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

  • Bronze — Weekly Cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver — Weekly Cashback up to 0.3%
  • Gold — Weekly Cashback up to 0.5%
  • Platinum — Weekly Cashback up to 0.6%
  • Diamond — Weekly Cashback up to 0.8%

VIP tier upgrades depend on a player's regular activity and are reviewed periodically by 777net. Cashback is credited in line with 777net policy and amounts may change.

VIP Cashback: Cashback is credited directly to the player's account with no additional wagering requirement — however, if 777net policy changes, the updated policy will apply.

Account Security and Responsibilities

7.1 Player Responsibilities

Players must keep their 777net login details — username and password — confidential and must not share them with any third party. Any activity on a player's account is considered to have been carried out by the player themselves.

7.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

777net may carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification when providing services. When requested, players must submit a copy of their national ID, proof of payment, and proof of address.

  • Withdrawals may be put on hold during KYC verification
  • If verification fails, the account may be suspended or closed
  • Personal information will be protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy

7.3 777net's Right to Suspend

If a player is found to have violated these terms, 777net may suspend or close the account without prior notice and cancel all associated bonuses.

777net is not liable for the following situations—

  • Financial losses resulting from a player's own decisions
  • Temporary unavailability due to technical issues
  • Personal data breaches caused by the player's own negligence
  • Delays or failures by third-party service providers (banks, payment services)

Intellectual Property Policy

All content, designs, technology, and software on the 777net platform are the intellectual property of 777net. Players may not—

  • Copy, distribute, modify, or sell them
  • Reverse engineer any part of the platform
  • Use them for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 777net
